My original goal was to eat more plant-based. I started my journey as a way to reverse health scares I faced in my late 20's and I found pescatarianism to be effective and very sustainable. A pescatarian diet is mostly vegetarian, when done right. My goal is to assist others as they transition to a healthier lifestyle.
