Shipping & Handling

Hi TBP Customer, 

Due to COVID-19 You may experience shipping delays with in the postal service system.  Despite delays our average US shipping time is 5 business days once shipped. We thank you for your continuous support & being part of our TBP family.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $100 OR MORE (US ONLY) IS AUTOMATED. IN THE EVENT THAT IT IS NOT APPLIED, PLEASE USE PROMO CODE: FREE

Padded binder orders receive 1-3  day shipping, once shipped. 

Paperback and apparel orders receive standard shipping typically  5-7 days or this can take up to 14 days if order is placed outside of the US.

All orders ship within  7-14 business days. (Not including holidays or weekends)

When you first place an order you'll receive a confirmation email and when your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a conformation email, please check your email address and contact TBP Customer Service through website or secured communications tab in the bottom right corner. 

Return Policy 

Unfortunately, The Black Pescatarian LLC does not accept any returns at this time. We are also not responsible for any lost items once items are scanned and able to be tracked with postal service. Please contact postal service and submit a claim as instructed. If your cookbook arrives damaged email: theblackpescatarian@gmail.com with in 48 hrs of your books arrival with proof of damage and await further instructions.

Downloadable content can not be refunded as they can not be returned. 

Taxes & Fees 

In order to avoid any surprises at checkout, taxes are included in the total cost of the item and handling fees are included in shipping cost.
